Products and Orders
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including their colors, finishes, dimensions, and appearance. Because EverFête pieces are individually produced and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting and display settings, minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information or pricing and to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Made-to-Order Products
EverFête pieces are custom made to order unless otherwise indicated. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to ship. In-stock pieces may ship sooner. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return Policy before purchasing.

Product Use
EverFête products are decorative items and are not toys. Products may contain small parts and should be kept out of reach of young children and pets. Customers are responsible for displaying and securing products appropriately.

Intellectual Property
The EverFête name, branding, original product designs, photographs, graphics, and written content appearing on this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
