Because EverFête products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@everfetedecor.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
